Alcantara LX 55

Project of 8 Loft-style apartments in Industrial style next to the riverside.

The new development Alcântara LX55 is located in the emerging and refurbished riverside area of Alcântara, next to the LX Factory, served by a varied offer of traditional commerce and a vast transport network.

Inserted in a rehabilitated building with 5 floors - excellent example of its time - the 8 apartments

present types T1 1 and T2 with areas between 90 and 115 m2. The interiors have unique industrial-style features, such as stone walls in some rooms. All apartments with exterior areas, the apartments facing south have views over the 25 de Abril bridge. Building with elevator and covered garage. Construction started in October 2019 and is expected to be completed in 16 months.

Passadico LX 55

Project of 9 apartments, 8 units with T1 type and one unit on the top floor T2. Apartments range from 50m2 to 70m2 and are equipped with air conditioning, kitchen and custom made storage cabinets. Building with elevator and very center just a few steps from Av. Liberdade with access to the metro and several public transport. Construction will start soon and is expected to be completed in 18 months.

Cardal LX 10

Work completed in September 2018 with a duration of 20 months with an approved project of 4 apartments sold at the plant. Building with elevator and panoramic views just steps from Av Liberdade.
